At Xiegu Radios, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Please follow the guidelines below:

General Return Conditions

1. Return Period:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

2. Return Authorization:

Contact customer service at support@xieguradios.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back the item. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Specific Return Scenarios

1. Wrong Item Received:

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact customer service with photos or videos of the incorrect item. If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement.

2. Defective Items:

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned item and will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-10 business days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies.
