Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, manuals, accessories, and included parts.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Requesting a return

Email support@xieguradios.com before sending anything back. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. Please do not send a return to any address shown elsewhere unless our support team has confirmed it for your specific return.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us with photos or video where appropriate; after verification, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect. We normally process approved refunds within 72 hours; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit.
