Warranty Information

XieguRadios.com is an independently operated authorized online reseller of genuine Xiegu products. Eligible Xiegu radios purchased directly from XieguRadios.com include an 18-month limited warranty from the purchase date.

Warranty coverage

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Repair or replacement, at our discretion, after the issue is inspected and confirmed.

How to request warranty service

1. Email support@xieguradios.com or use our contact form.
2. Include your order number, purchase date, product model and serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
3. Wait for return instructions before sending the product. Do not ship it to an address shown elsewhere unless our support team confirms that address for your claim.

Exclusions

• Misuse, accidental or liquid damage, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification or repair.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
• Consumable items such as batteries, unless failure is caused by a covered manufacturing defect.
• Damage caused by incompatible accessories, an improper power supply, or operation outside published specifications.

Shipping and resolution

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will provide repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy. Any shipping responsibility will be confirmed before the product is returned.
