Introduction Welcome to XieguRadios.com, an independently operated authorized online reseller of genuine Xiegu products. XieguRadios.com is operated by LLL LABES LIMITED and is not the Xiegu manufacturer or Xiegu corporate website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

5. Product Information We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, availability, images, and prices accurate. Pre-release product information may change before final production. We may correct errors or update information at any time.

6. Orders and Payments By placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed total, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

8. Warranty Eligible Xiegu radios purchased from XieguRadios.com include an 18-month limited warranty. Warranty coverage and exclusions are explained on our Warranty Information page.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LLL LABES LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
